Nathaniel graduated from Louisiana State University in 1996 as the first African American awarded the College of Art + Design Dean’s Medal. As the Managing Partner of CHASM, Nathaniel has over 28 years of professional architectural experience with responsibilities inclusive of managing and directing the firm as well as Strategic Partnering, Design, Marketing, Master Planning, Project Coordination, and Contract Administration. Nathaniel has expert transportation, mixed-use, multi-family, and student housing experience. Having completed over $3.5 billion in total project construction cost, Nathaniel has served as Principal-in-Charge and/or lead designer for higher education, K-12, aviation, corporate, development, sports and entertainment, civic, and private clients.

Devan is a recent graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Devan is a driving force behind the launch of the Operational Intelligence Studio (OIS). With diverse experience in the built industry, aviation, and forensic engineering, Devan is focused on driving sustainability and efficiency, committed to making a lasting positive impact through innovative solutions in the built industry.
